  Dear Peter

  Now that we have had several weeks to enjoy the wonderful new spaces in our extended home we fully appreciate all your hard work and dedication to getting everything done and co-ordinated in a timely manner for us.  You were very responsive when ever anything did not go smoothly and always polite, friendly and attentive to our family’s needs.  All the sub-contractors were also polite and cheery and got on with their jobs.

  We only have a few small jobs left to complete and despite that are very happy with the final result.  You envisaged and made happen our lovely big family room looking out to our pool.  Upstairs, we have a spacious new bedroom with en-suite and walk-in-robe to enjoy.  The upstairs gallery allows a relaxation space overlooking the pool and our leafy suburb....it is all fabulous.

  We would not hesitate in recommending Capital Builders to any of our family or friends...they have all been in to have a look at the final result and all agree what a great job it is.

• We recently used Capital Building Contractors to build our new extension. We were extremely happy with their professionalism and workmanship. Both Peter and Tony met with us to discuss all the contract details and all significant timelines were met and their tradesmen were friendly, thorough and prompt. Capital Building Constructions protected our existing home whilst the construction was in progress and were very sensitive to minimizing any disruption to our family. • Thanks to all the guys, Simone and I dont know how we tolerated the cramped dark corners of our home before you ressurected it. Anthony and Trav became adopted family as they shared in and constructed our Renovation. It's great to see such enthusiasm and efficiency in all the tradies that entered our home. The profesionalism they showed and advice they gave eliminated any reservations we had prior to job commencement. Pass on our appreciation to the team.

• We are extremely happy with the work Capital has done and it looks like at least 2 of our friends will invite you in to look at doing work for them.
  
  We are still unpacking, blinds and curtains have been ordered and we are looking at garden designs but made no decision on that yet.

• Although we have not yet quite finalised our Building Contract with your firm, I would like to take the opportunity, now that all the construction and installation work is complete, to express my appreciation for the manner in which your team have carried out their tasks.

• We are writing to convey to you our appreciation of the outstanding work that your company has completed with our home. We were most impressed with your staff and contractors, right from the initial discussions surrounding the design of our renovation through to the finishing touches that were meticulously completed! Friends and family that have subsequently been around to our place and who have some level of building knowledge and skill, have commented upon the fine attention to detail in the renovations.
  
  We were also particularly impressed with the staff that you allocated to our renovation. Ken Bourke, as the Construction Supervisor, was absolutely magnificent in the way he communicated building and other issues to us, the objective advice he provided, his sense of humour and his general approach to working with us; we did in fact feel very sad completing the final inspection with him. In addition to Ken, we would also like to thank in particular the carpenters, Les and Mick, who spent a considerable amount of time here as well; the quality of their work is also reflected by our above comments.
  
  As a consequence, we would both thoroughly recommend Capital Building Contractors to anyone who is contemplating undertaking a renovation and will ourselves certainly use you again for our future building plans. We would therefore obviously be delighted to act as referees for any of your future building activities
