We are writing to convey to you our appreciation of the outstanding work that your company has completed with our home. We were most impressed with your staff and contractors, right from the initial discussions surrounding the design of our renovation through to the finishing touches that were meticulously completed! Friends and family that have subsequently been around to our place and who have some level of building knowledge and skill, have commented upon the fine attention to detail in the renovations.

We were also particularly impressed with the staff that you allocated to our renovation. Ken Bourke, as the Construction Supervisor, was absolutely magnificent in the way he communicated building and other issues to us, the objective advice he provided, his sense of humour and his general approach to working with us; we did in fact feel very sad completing the final inspection with him. In addition to Ken, we would also like to thank in particular the carpenters, Les and Mick, who spent a considerable amount of time here as well; the quality of their work is also reflected by our above comments.

As a consequence, we would both thoroughly recommend Capital Building Contractors to anyone who is contemplating undertaking a renovation and will ourselves certainly use you again for our future building plans.
